1. Booking and Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid 30 days before the trek start date.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus $100 processing fee
- 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days: No refund
3. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation is mandatory for all participants.
4. Physical Requirements
Participants must be in good health and physical condition. We recommend consulting your doctor before booking.
5. Safety and Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, trekking in the Himalayas involves inherent risks. Participants assume responsibility for their own safety.
6. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, trail conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Environmental Responsibility
All participants must follow Leave No Trace principles and respect local customs and environment.
